Who is Liam Hemsworth?

Liam Hemsworth is the youngest of the Hemsworth brothers. He and his two older brothers (Chris and Luke) are professional actors. Born in Melbourne, Australia, Hemsworth laid floors before deciding to follow in his brother’s footsteps and become an actor. His first big role came in 2007, where he played a recurring character on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. 

After a few small roles on television, Hemsworth thought he finally got his break in the film The Expendables, before his part ultimately got written off. However, in 2010, he landed the role of Will Blakelee in the movie The Last Song. He starred opposite of Miley Cyrus, whom he would later have an on again, off again relationship with.

The 2010’s saw Hemsworth get more consistent work, as he starred in The Hunger Games film series, as well as other big name films, including The Expendables II. He also had roles in movies Empire State, Paranoia, The Dressmaker, and Independence Day: Resurgence, solidifying himself as a legitimate Hollywood A-lister.

Puff or Pass?

So back to the burning question– does Liam Hemsworth smoke weed? One would think someone romantically connected to the great Miley Cyrus would be a stoner, right?

Well, yes, it looks like he is.

There hasn’t been much evidence of Hemsworth toking, but it’s pretty safe to say he’s smoked with his beau before. At one point in their relationship, Hemsworth wanted Cyrus to quit smoking weed. He later backed off that statement, saying it’s ok, as long as it’s not in his home. However, Cyrus has since quit smoking, but we’re not sure if the same can be said about Hemsworth.

In November of this past year, Hemsworth was caught outside of 99 High Tide Collective Medical Marijuana Dispensary in Los Angeles. In the photos, he looks like he’s trying to cover himself up, wearing a baseball hat and sweater. But there was no denying that it was Hemsworth.

And it’s not like he was just in the dispensary browsing. He left the store with a brown paper bag full of goodies, which we could all assume was some sort of dank weed strain. He was caught red-handed! Or should we say, green-handed?

So does Liam Hemsworth smoke weed? The results are still somewhat inconclusive. For all we know, he could have been picking up some buds for his fiance Miley. After all, this was right before she decided to call it quits on smoking weed. However, since the two have been together on and off for the past seven + years, it’s pretty difficult to imagine Hemsworth never taking a single hit of reefer before. While he might not be a regular smoker, the youngest Hemsworth brother has certainly dabbled. So thanks to guilt by association, we’re going to have to say yes, Liam Hemsworth smokes weed.
