We can be more certain of the fact that he smokes from something he said during an acceptance speech for the Video Vanguard Award. Maybe he knew he was visibly smacked so he admitted it to the crowd.

The final piece of evidence comes from a fairly recent event. Kanye West canceled a bunch of tour dates after having a mental breakdown while on tour. Afterwards, he was still expecting to get paid a settlement from an insurance company that was supposed to cover any cancellations that were “beyond the insured’s control.”

However, the company seems to believe the cancellation was in Kanye West’s control. In fact, they’re refusing to pay because they believe his mental breakdown was caused by marijuana use.
