Cannabis Infused Toothpaste: Why Weed Was Made For Teeth

Cannabis Infused Toothpaste

It has been said that smoking pot can be bad for your teeth, causing quite a bit of severe, unnecessary tooth decay. Find out why and how cannabis infused toothpaste will change everything.

It has been speculated that regular pot smokers are less likely to take care of their teeth. Research has also shown that cannabis smoke can release harmful chemicals into your teeth, potentially causing periodontitis or severe gum disease that can cause your teeth to fall out.

Studies show that smoking – whether it be cannabis or tobacco – is merely harmful to your health, and especially oral health, with cannabis smokers just as likely to develop issues, even if they don’t smoke tobacco.

On the contrary, many have found the infusing cannabis in products designed for teeth makes for an effective treatment.

A company called AXIM Biotechnologies, based in New York, recently released a line of toothpaste and mouthwash that is infused with cannabis. It is unique – there has never been a line of products like this before.

This product can clean teeth like magic, but also includes a cannabinoid called CBG in the product. This product works like most regular dental care products would.

What is so impressive about including this cannabinoid? CBG has some anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. It also acts as a bone stimulant, which means it not only prevents nasty variables that cause cavities and decay but can repair the damage done to your teeth.

These anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties are great news for those with sensitive teeth, chronic tooth pain, or nearly any dental problems. The product line is called Oraximax.

Perhaps you have also heard that coconut oil is great for teeth. Stemming from a practice used in Ayurvedic medicine, the practice of oil pulling or swishing around oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes has tons of benefits – and is even better when the coconut oil you are using is infused with cannabis.

This process removes excess bacteria, improves bad breath, whitens teeth, and prevents tooth decay. It can even boost your immune system and prevent acne, heart disease, and improve your complexion overall.

It turns out that coconut oil is even better for your teeth when infused with cannabis. It’s super easy to make yourself – learn how to here.

You can even mix these to make your own cannabis infused toothpaste at home.

Here are the ingredients:

3 Tbsp. Organic Baking Soda
3 Tbsp. of Cannabis-infused Coconut Oil
1 Tsp. of peppermint oil drops
2 Tsp. of glycerin
A small amount of stevia or Xylitol

To make the toothpaste, simply mix them all together, and use just as you would a regular store-bought toothpaste. That’s it!

It has been speculated that mixtures like this are in fact more effective and better suited for maintaining healthy teeth than most toothpaste.

Cannabis infused coconut oil is an excellent treatment for teeth! In addition to pulling out toxins, cannabinoids do all those great things like reducing swelling, inflammation, and more.

So if you’re worried that smoking pot on a regular basis is hurting your oral health, it might be time to try brushing your teeth with cannabis infused toothpaste to counteract those negative effects.
