With January come and gone, now is the time that many people find themselves giving up on their New Year’s resolutions. Here are some ways cannabis can help you stay on track.
At the beginning of each New Year, roughly one in three Americans resolve to better themselves in one way or another. Whether their goal is to lose weight or travel more often, there seems always to be something in our lives we can improve on.
One of the most common New Year’s resolutions in the U.S. is to lose weight, but unfortunately only half of the people who commit to this goal on January 1 are still on target six months later.
Life gets busy, we get tired, and our once exciting goals quickly lose their appeal. Suddenly it seems much easier to give up on our goals altogether. The cannabis industry, however, is providing a new way to stick with your weight loss goals.
These healthy cannabis recipes will help you stay on track and finally achieve your New Year’s resolution to shed those extra pounds.

Cook at 250 degrees F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Once the granola is golden brown, remove from the oven, transfer to a large bowl and enjoy!
